Nori Lunch Wrap

- 4 sheets of nori

- 2 tablespoons sesame oil

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons honey

- 1 teaspoon chilli garlic sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place two sheets of nori on a flat surface.

  1. Spread ½ cup of cooked brown rice on each sheet of nori, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.

  1. Divide the cooked black beans, shredded carrots, diced cucumber, chopped bell pepper, and chopped scallions evenly over the two sheets of nori.

  1. Drizzle sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, and chilli garlic sauce over the vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  1. Place the remaining two sheets of nori over the vegetables, and press down gently to seal the nori wraps.

  1. Cut each wrap into 4 equal pieces.

  1. Serve the nori wraps with sliced avocado.
