Honestly it tastes like the ocean but it is so worth it! I have been using it for several months and I notice such a big difference in my stomach and skin. Would absolutely recommend.

It tastes quite horrible like the cod liver oil, it has a fishy taste. But I take it because it works, a few hours after I take it, my libido is up, just like when I was using another brand of sea moss gel. Unfortunately I don't have a woman as an outlet for my libido so its not the greatest effect but if you have a partner and your libido gets better then good for you.
It’s one thing to make a purchase of a product that claims to be worthy and another the make said purchase and you feel better. I feel better. That’s good enough for me!

I have been taking the purple sea moss gel for two months and I love it. I’ve tried sea moss gels (golden, purple, and cinnamon infused) from other sea moss vendors but Herbal Vineyards has by far been my favorite. The shipping is always on time with the subscription. This is my first experience with Seamoss, but this product feels high-quality, and I'm really enjoying it. I take a spoonful on an empty stomach to get the day started, and my body and skin have been feeling great. I got the non-flavored one and the taste is just like seaweed, so I have no problem with it. Planning to purchase another soon - I think this will become a part of my regular diet.

Love! I didn’t think there was much happening from using it at first, but after about 2-3 weeks, I realize I’m not as hungry and sugar cravings are really non existent. Then I started waking up earlier than normal and also lost 3 lbs. The moss is the only thing different I added to my routine so by process of elimination, I honestly think it’s the reason my body is adjusting so positively. I take 2 Tbls early in the morning with a little bit of Pom juice.
