I’m loving the benefits of the golden sealed sea moss. It doesn’t have a taste. I can mix it in anything. Sometimes I put it in my pancakes and it makes them so moist. My nails are so strong right now thanks to using this sea moss also, I’ve noticed my hair has more elasticity and is holding moisture better. I haven’t had any weight loss with it but the benefits for my hair and nails has been wonderful. I’m about to place an order for two additional jars.
