I was hesitant about adding sea moss to my health supplements because of concern with texture. I can not eat slimy foods like okra and I don’t eat apple sauce. However Herbal Vineyards Sea Moss taste really good and the texture doesn’t bother me! I highly recommend it.

My first time ordering and I chose the strawberry 🍓 flavor; Very Very Good! The taste was a Plus! And it wasn’t overpowering like most I’ve had in the past. Shipping was definitely a Plus, I received my tracking information timely and my order was delivered quickly. I recently started my supplement girl era, and let me just say… sea moss is that girl! Lately, I’ve been struggling with low energy, constant restlessness, and body aches; especially in my back and joints, and I’m not even 25 yet! I started taking a few supplements at once because I’ve also had long-standing digestive and immune system issues, so it was hard to tell what was doing what at first. But when I ran out of my sea moss, I immediately noticed the difference. My energy dipped again, and the body pain crept back in, even though I was still taking my other supplements. That’s when I knew sea moss was making a real impact. Now that I’m back on it, I wake up feeling energized, loose, and ready to take on the day. I’ll definitely keep repurchasing!

I love this strawberry sea moss. It has the best flavor of all brands I've tried. Sort of reminds me of strawberry applesauce or jam. I have been taking it by the spoonful or mixing with my oats for PBJ vibes. So good! I have also felt more energy and just better overall since taking sea moss.
